V'Pass Biometric

The V'Pass is the ultimate fingerprint identification reader for physical access control installations.

This stylish reader eliminates the need for PINcodes, keys or even cards to gain access to secure areas.

To gain access, the user simply places their finger on the reader and in less than one second the V'Pass confirms or denies access, based on a database of fingerprints from authorised users. No PC is required for the reader to operate; the device performs enrolment, identification and template storage for 200 fingerprints all within a small ergonomic case. Interfacing the reader to new or existing access control systems is simple - the unit communicates through Wiegand, RS485 and RS232.
